AxonIQ is hiring a Recruiter/Talent Sourcer to join our globally distributed team. At AxonIQ B.V., our people are our most important asset. We’re looking for a highly skilled recruiter/talent sourcer to become one of them and help us find and retain them. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or human resources, with knowledge of searching, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding practices. This position is for 32 to 40 hours a week.

What You will be doing

Goal: Find and retain the right people

It is really up to you to decide how to do it! 

We are thinking of:

  • Work closely with colleagues to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping AxonIQ find, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Grow and foster a database of qualified talent to pull from as new positions open up.
  • Continuously partner with relevant colleagues to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Partner with EOR companies to onboard new talent.
  • Position AxonIQ as the ideal employer on job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements.

But you’ll also:

  • Work and form relationships with internal teams to know their ins and outs and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process, from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships taking GDPR/data protection into account.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database.

What You bring

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and candidate management systems
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (phone, video call, face-to-face)
  • Experience developing a recruiting strategy
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English are required. One or more additional languages is a pré.
