AxonIQ is hiring a Global Office Manager to support our rapidly growing and globally distributed team. What You Will Be Doing

We are thinking of:

  • Coordinating a variety of administrative items, such as meetings and calendars (internal and external), maintaining records and contracts, and posting job ads
  • Acting as a liaison between the various departments within AxonIQ and the employees, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of requests and questions; would be predominately working with HR, Legal and Finance and would be reporting to HR
  • Assisting with the drafting, editing and maintenance/updating of legal documents and templates
  • Purchasing and maintaining stock for office supplies, merchandise, and New Hire Welcome packages
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of employees and contractors all over the world

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of relevant office experience (HR/paralegal admin experience preferred)
  • Bachelors degree (preferred)
  • A team player, proactive mindset and a positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with intercultural sensitivity and language skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Professional (idiomatic) fluency in English with strong writing skills is required
  • Other languages, specifically Dutch is preferred but not required
  • Experience with drafting/editing employment related documents (i.e. contracts, policies, handbook, etc. ) is preferred
  • Familiarity with HR software, and HRIS implementation is a bonus
  • Must be residing in the Netherlands (Haarlem/Amsterdam/Utrecht preferred)
