What you will be doing

AxonIQ is looking for a creative and collaborative Demand Generation Manager to join our rapidly growing team in North America. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build awareness for the brand, plan and execute lead generation campaigns and develop innovative methods to generate MQLs in the region. You will focus on both executing lead generation campaigns aimed at the top of the funnel, as well as implementing programs to convert leads into MQLs. 

Critical to your success will be your ability to explore and implement creative approaches for generating leads in North America. Online campaigns may include tactics such as search, display, retargeting, social, geofencing, video, and content syndication. 

You will be responsible for marketing an innovative software platform - and much of how to do it will be up for you to decide! 

The Demand Generation Manager will report to the VP of Marketing Americas and will work closely with the rest of the marketing team, the DevRel team, and the SDR team. This is a remote position, so you can live anywhere in North America.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of prior marketing experience at a software company marketing to either (or both) developers or IT decision-makers
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken, in English
  • Detail-oriented, with a passion for using data to tell a story
  • A strong grasp of current digital and demand marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email
  • Expertise working with Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, or other marketing automation platforms
  • Analytical skills - the ability to A/B test ads and offers and provide reporting and recommendations throughout the lifecycle of the campaign
  • Proven experience working with paid media and content syndication vendors on integrated campaigns
  • The ability to be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
